Getting Ready for FitAide

The FitAide is a product that can give you an idea of how hard your workout or activity really is. It can determine your current fitness level and determine your VO2 max. I have had the pleasure of speaking with the CEO of Poscitech, Siva Raj, and will soon be testing the product on an upcoming hike/trail run.

With a built in 3D Motion Sensor, Fitaide tracks calorie burn and exercise intensity, as a user does any activity while on their feet. Progress is stored and the app can decide if an improvement is being made in overall fitness levels, by accurately measuring distance, speed and steps taken. Users ideally strap the device to the body or can simply place it in a pocket.
