The scale that we purchased gives you a read out of not just body weight (today's weight for me 235.4 lbs.) but also %body fat (15.2%) as well as other information. Your able to get daily readouts in either lbs. or kg. The scale is sleek, light-weight, priced right and very consistent in daily readouts. I have been documenting both weight and %body fat over the last month and it has been very consistent.
